School365, including the public website, back-office interface, workflows, screens, documentation, demo data, design system, text and related materials, is proprietary software and intellectual property of School365.
Terms & protection
Terms of use
These terms protect the School365 product, back-office experience and related materials. They are intentionally simple for now and can later be expanded into a full customer agreement.
Restricted use
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, clone, reverse engineer or create a substantially similar product based on the School365 back-office UI, product workflows, modules, documentation or visual design without written permission.
Demo and evaluation access
Any demo or trial access is provided only for evaluation. It must not be used to extract product structure, replicate screens, harvest data, benchmark against a competing product or build a competing system.
Content and data
School data entered by a customer remains the customer's operational data. Product templates, sample records, generated examples, reports, certificates, ID-card layouts and workflow designs remain part of the School365 product unless separately agreed.
Permissions
If you want to integrate with School365, build a connector, resell the platform or use product material in another context, contact us first so we can agree the right permission in writing.
